I am 21 years old, In my off time I enjoy anime. I also majored in illustration for a couple years and this is still one of my favorite pastimes. I am also a collector of Hong Kong cinema, Especially mystical/magical kung fu ones. When I watch shows I watch them with two perspectives. The first being how unique was this? Was this something new? Did it make me think? Was the art stylized to enhance the overall mood of the show? The second is no matter how many times this type of show has been done was it enjoyable this time? Did the cliched character fit the standard of all cliched characters? As repetitive as story might be does it still hold it's own for being mindless entertainment? I dispise anime that is based off manga and only gives you part of the story. I.E. Rg Veda what the H@!! was going on!? Clamp did make up for it in my mind with X1999, but then again the manga was released here in different formats, and in English. So over all I'm like mikey is with his cereal I'll watch anything! Well this is a little about me, and how my simple mind works, later.       - Ryuga
